The Supervisor, Outside Sales leads and manages a geographically assigned sales team focused on residential connectivity services, driving sales growth and customer satisfaction. This role involves recruiting, training, and coaching sales staff, managing sales operations, and collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business goals. The position requires strong leadership, project management, and communication skills with a blend of field and office work.
