TekPro is partnering with a modern aerospace component manufacturer in Rochester that is expanding its engineering team. These are permanent, direct-hire roles in a new, state-of-the-art facility.
We are seeking two profiles:
1. CAD/CAM Manufacturing EngineerCore requirement: Strong Mastercam programming background.
Focus areas:
CNC programming and toolpath development
Hands-on support for machining optimization
Working closely with production, quality, and design teams to improve manufacturability
Driving continuous improvements in cycle times, tooling, and process robustness
Core requirement: Heavy ERP experience (preference for candidates who have owned or built workflows).
Focus areas:
Routing creation, process documentation, and workflow standardization
ERP system configuration, integration, and data accuracy
Supporting production planning and ensuring process readiness
Cross-functional coordination with engineering, quality, and operations teams
