Job Description

Nesco Resource is looking for a Part-Time Mailing Clerk located in Brookfield, CT. This is a temporary/seasonal opportunity for the right candidate.

Shift: Monday-Friday 11AM-3PM (Morning hours Could be a adjusted if need be)

Pay: $19-$20/hour

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Retrieves and sorts incoming mail and packages by department and category
• Delivers mail to correct department or recipient by various means including email, scanning and uploading
• Forwards misdirected mail to appropriate recipient
• Prepare documents and other items for shipping, mailing or certified mail

Skills & Attributes:

• 3 years minimum of work in busy, time focused office setting
• Experience in Microsoft office programs including excel
• 1 year in medical office setting
• Excellent communication skills
• Detail oriented with good follow up skills
• Proven ability to multitask
• Ability to work with multiple systems, fax and scanning, as well as postal and shipping programs
• Ability to evaluate and escalate appropriately time sensitive information
• Basic insurance knowledge
