The role involves developing growth strategies, identifying new markets, managing complex pursuits, leading matrixed teams, and representing the company to vendors and partners. Responsibilities include building a pipeline for organic growth through full lifecycle business development activities, strategic planning, and customer relations. Responsibilities Demonstrate success in growing DIA and DoD/IC business Qualify and develop new business opportunities leveraging current technologies and collaboration Develop growth plans aligned with strategic goals Build internal relationships and expand existing business within Military Intelligence communities Gather market intelligence and develop marketing strategies Participate in bid decisions and gate reviews Conduct customer visits and research customer needs Maintain customer relationships and assess competitor capabilities Qualifications Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience Proven success in full lifecycle business development, especially for opportunities >$50M Strong communication skills and leadership experience in IC, defense, or government services Active Top Secret/SCI clearance Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $209,750.10 to $231,750.10, with performance bonuses, comprehensive health plans, retirement options, paid time off, and flexible work arrangements.
