Responsibilities Provide care as a Weekend PRN Nurse Practitioner, meeting patients at home to discuss medical needs and create effective long-term treatment plans. Engage with patients and collaborate with the nursing team to manage medications, reduce unnecessary medications where appropriate, and craft individualized care plans to meet health goals. Hours Flexible part-time schedule on an as-needed basis.
