Job Description Liberty Tax Service in Mint Hill is a professional tax practice located in Mint Hill Pavilion. The office is a high-volume tax practice that specializes in income tax, accounting, and payroll. This is a full‑time seasonal opportunity from January 5th to April 17th with paid training occurring December 5th through January 4th. After April 17th the position will be eliminated or reduced to part‑time until the following tax season, based on the employee’s preference. Responsibilities Prepare tax returns for individuals. Provide good customer service to clients. Engage with staff and management to ensure client expectations are being met. Answer client calls as needed. Provide future tax planning to clients. Requirements Ability to obtain an IRS PTIN. At least two years of experience preparing individual income tax returns. Strong communication skills. Excellent customer service skills. Work well within a team. Willingness to learn new systems.
