Eklego has an opportunity for a Full Time and Part Time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team!

In this entry level role with Eklego, the Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the Recruitment Team in the process of providing our clients with the best choice of hires to build & sustain their mission-minded workforce.

What you will do as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience at every touch point throughout the recruitment process
  • Understand each clients' unique process, staffing and recruitment needs
  • Complete phone screens, schedule interviews, confirm interviews, and conduct references and/or employment verifications.
  • Assess applicants' relevant skill, will and culture fit for our partner organizations
  • Maintain data integrity in all programs, including Applicant Tracking System(s)
  • Prioritize customer experience, including internal customers, clients, and candidates, while maintaining a high sense of urgency to accomplish goals and metrics.
  • Demonstrate our guiding principles while performing all assigned responsibilities.

What you will need to qualify as a Talent Acquisition Specialist:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Associate or bachelor's degree; or currently pursuing Secondary education
  • Minimum 1-year of high-volume customer service experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook) & able to learn new software as needed
  • Effective & polished interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Desire to contribute collaboratively with our team
  • Flexibility to adapt to shifting demands and priorities
