To shoot photo and video (desired) content for the Ram Page website, the news and other types of stories as assigned. Essential job duties include: Accompany the Ram Page writers and other staff (if necessary) on the assignments to shoot photo/video content. Shoot photo/video stories for the Ram Page website as assigned or by own initiative. Write captions for the photo/video content. Prepare the photo/video content for publication. Be able (with training) to perform basic operations with the Ram Page website. Attend and participate in the Ram Page budget meetings as scheduled and/called upon. Write columns as assigned. Meet the assigned deadlines and maintain communication with colleagues. Full time undergraduate students of any major can apply; however, preference will be given to those who have experience with photography/videography and operating a camera, to more senior classifications – sophomores or higher, and to those who are willing and able to work in summer. Physical Demands Must be able to lift and carry up to 5 lbs. Must be able to work indoors and outdoors.
