Job Description

The Senior Robotic Stapling Specialist is a key technical and strategic expert responsible for driving market share growth in stapling technologies while pioneering robotic hybrid bedside procedures. This role partners with cross-functional teams to execute market development programs, develop key opinion leader (KOL) strategies, and enhance robotic surgical expertise to support long-term portfolio expansion.**Job Responsibilities** **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.****Must Have: Minimum Requirements**Minimum of 4 years of medical device sales experienceField-based role that requires 50% travel within the territory4 years of medical sales experience and knowledge within Medtronic Surgical/StaplingBusiness Acumen and ability to analyze regional sales potential, leading and coaching abilities demonstrated by a demonstrated track record for meeting and exceeding sales objectivesStrong understanding of clinical environments and the ability to communicate complex product information to diverse stakeholders. Experience in building and managing key customer relationships with decision-makers in both clinical and administrative roles. Ability to analyze business trends and use insights to develop actionable strategies. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
