This internship is 3 days (24 hours) a week. If you're looking for an opportunity to grow your marketing skills and have fun while doing it, we want to hear from you!

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Passion for social media and content creation with a basic understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with creating short-form video content (TikTok & Instagram Reels) and must be comfortable in front of the camera and speaking to the camera.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in social media management and/or as a content creator or similar role in creating digital content.
• Familiarity with platforms and tools such as Sprout Social, Tagger, and Canva.
• Basic video editing skills using software such as Capcut, Premiere Pro, or any other video editing software.

We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media & Content Creation Intern to join our Marketing Strategy Team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for social media and content creation, with the ability to create engaging content, drive brand awareness and engagement. As the Social Media & Content Creation Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in a fast-paced marketing environment and contribute to our overall marketing strategy.

Social Media & Influencer Marketing

• Assist in developing and implementing social media and influencer marketing strategies.
• Work closely with agency partners to brainstorm and develop engaging and creative content for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Assist with managing social media content calendars and scheduling posts in Sprout Social.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Team to align social media and influencer initiatives with the overall marketing strategy.
• Assist with monitoring and evaluating the performance of social media and influencer campaigns using analytics.
• Identify potential influencers for the brand and assist in the successful end-to-end execution of influencer partnerships and campaigns.
• Stay informed on industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media & influencer marketing.

Content Creation

• Create engaging video and photo content that aligns with our brand and objectives to share across multiple social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the Marketing Strategy Team to brainstorm content ideas and create a strategic content calendar.
• Assist with editing and enhancing videos using editing softwares (i.e. CapCut) to create engaging visual content.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends and incorporate innovative approaches into content creation.
