We shall embrace changes and new opportunities as a vehicle to continually develop and grow sustainable relationships. As a company we shall never accept anything less than a culture that fosters creativity, growth, and profitability for both our Partners and the company.

PRIMARY PURPOSE:

The Senior Supply Chain Process & Transformation Analyst role serves as the right-hand to the Director of Supply Chain and Chief Supply Chain Officer, driving rapid diagnostic and transformation work across the end-to-end supply chain. The individual will map, analyze, and redesign core planning, procurement, logistics, and materials processes, creating a clear fact base for performance improvement.

They will combine consulting-level analytical discipline with hands-on operational depth, enabling fast insight generation, process standardization, and measurable results.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead rapid as-is process mapping across Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Procurement, Logistics, and Master Data to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
  • Conduct detailed data analysis, KPI baselining, and opportunity quantification (e.g., forecast accuracy, capacity utilization, supplier performance, inventory turns).
  • Translate findings into clear, actionable improvement roadmaps with defined owners, timelines, and metrics.
  • Partner with site and corporate teams to design future-state processes that enable standardization and digital enablement (ERP/MES/Advanced Planning tools).
  • Support SIOP/IBP process design and execution, linking demand, supply, and capacity decisions to business goals.
  • Build management dashboards and visual performance reports using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Facilitate cross-functional workshops to drive alignment, process ownership, and capability building.
  • Support the organizational design for future supply chain structure (succession, role clarity, etc.).
  • Act as a bridge between analytics, systems, and operations to ensure insight is converted into action.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 7–12 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations Excellence, or Consulting, ideally within pharma, med-tech, or contract manufacturing (CDMO) environments.
  • Strong analytical, data-driven, and problem-solving mindset; able to build models and dashboards independently.
  • Proficiency in process mapping (Visio, etc), ERP data analysis, and KPI visualization (Power BI, Tableau, Excel).
  • Demonstrated success leading or supporting supply chain transformation initiatives (e.g., SIOP, Lean, or Digital Planning).
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate data into storylines and influence at multiple levels.
  • Results-oriented, self-directed, and able to operate in ambiguity at speed.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or APICS/Lean certification preferred.

IDEAL CANDIDATE TRAITS:

  • Thinks like a consultant, acts like an operator.
  • Thrives in high-growth, PE-backed environments.
  • Naturally connects process, data, and people.
  • Operates with urgency, clarity, and accountability.
  • Builds structure fast without losing agility.

KEY SUCCES MEAURES:

  • Document and baseline end-to-end supply chain processes within first 45 days.
  • Identify and quantify top 3–5 improvement opportunities (within 60 days).
  • Deliver actionable future-state process and KPI framework within 90 days.
