Role: Security Agent

About the Role

Bulgari is seeking a highly professional, observant Security Agent to support the safety and protection of our clients, employees, and high?value merchandise at our boutique. This role is essential in maintaining a secure, welcoming, and luxury?aligned environment while proactively reducing risk and supporting daily boutique operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and uphold all boutique security and safety protocols.
• Monitor sales floor activity, identify suspicious behavior, and deter theft or fraud.
• Conduct surveillance via CCTV and support incident response and investigations.
• Prepare accurate security reports and documentation.
• Manage access control, vendor sign?ins, and compliance with restricted?area requirements.
• Support inventory protection by conducting audits and partnering with BOH teams.
• Escort clients to secure areas as needed while upholding luxury service standards.
• Maintain alarm activation/deactivation, secure package processing, and BOH/CCTV monitoring.

Qualifications

• 35+ years of experience in security, loss prevention, asset protection, or law enforcement (luxury retail preferred).
• Valid Security Guard License (active and in good standing).
• Strong observational, investigative, and decision?making skills.
• Professional communication, discretion, and client?facing presence.
• Experience with CCTV, access control systems, incident reporting, and security technology.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Preferred Experience

• Luxury retail, fine jewelry, watches, hospitality, or private security background.
• Advanced surveillance skills or familiarity with behavioral profiling.
• Crisis management or emergency response experience.
• Executive Protection, military, or law enforcement training (a plus).
• Fluency in multiple languages (French, Italian, Spanish, Arabic, Mandarin) preferred.
