HENDERSON Sub Contractor is hiring for a motivated Scheduling Office Assistant to join our team. Candidates must have a high knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word Data entry into proprietary software and answer multi phone lines in a friendly, professional manner. Other tasks will include; filing, copying, sending email and other general office duties .

Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus

Immediate start Monday – Friday 7:00-3:30, OT will be necessary during busy season.

Health Insurance offered after 90 days. Dental and vision insurance available for purchase.

Scheduling / Office Assistant Duties and Responsibilities

• Answer phone inquiries, direct calls and provide basic company information
• Perform clerical duties, take memos, maintain files, and organize documents; photocopy, fax, etc. as needed
• Perform data entry and filing tasks
• Respond to emails
• Manage mail correspondence
• Greet clients and visitors
• Help maintain office calendar
• Assist with invoicing
• Perform data entry and filing tasks
• Manage inventory of office supplies
• Perform other clerical tasks as needed

Scheduling / Office Assistant Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• Prior experience handling office responsibilities, experience in customer service, or related field
• Experience Answering multi-line phones
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel); scheduling appointments/updating calendars
• Construction Office Experience (swimming pool preferred)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and to grow with the company
• Able to take information from construction plans is a plus.
