One Stop Solution. Position Summary: ABC Imaging is currently seeking a Scanning Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in document scanning, proficient in handling both small and large documents with a strong emphasis on accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Operate high-speed scanning equipment to digitize documents. Ensure the accurate scanning of both small and large documents, maintaining high-quality standards. Organize and prepare documents for scanning, including sorting and removing staples or bindings as necessary. Monitor scanning progress and troubleshoot any issues with the equipment. Perform quality checks on scanned documents to ensure clarity and completeness. Maintain an organized digital filing system for easy retrieval of scanned documents. Collaborate with team members to improve scanning processes and workflows. Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience as a Scanning Operator or similar role. Must be able to pass a background check. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Basic computer proficiency and comfort working with digital files. Experience with scanning both small and large documents. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Familiarity with scanning software and equipment. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
