Part of a global conglomerate, our Research and Development teams provide innovation in Cross-Linked foam materials throughout our global family of operations. Palziv NA has strong supply networks with two manufacturing plants and three distribution locations in North America.

Job Summary:

Palziv is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. This role is essential in assisting the sales department with administrative tasks, customer support, order processing, and overall coordination to ensure a seamless sales cycle. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

What you will do:

• Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and follow-up.
• Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
• Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, trade shows, and special events.
• Act as a liaison between sales, production, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and accuracy.
• Assist with tracking sales performance metrics and compiling regular reports for management.
• Manage inventory levels related to promotional materials and product samples.
• Support marketing initiatives including website updates, social media posts, and email campaigns.
• Troubleshoot order or delivery issues and escalate when necessary.

What you will need:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) strongly preferred.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with changing priorities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in B2B or manufacturing environments.
• Familiarity with order entry systems (e.g., ERP software).
• Basic knowledge of marketing tools and digital platforms.
