Developing, implementing, and maintaining the Project Safety Plan. Providing safety training and awareness programs to all site personnel. Investigating incidents and accidents to identify their causes and find ways to prevent their recurrence. Ensuring all safety equipment is in good working order and readily available. Maintaining accurate records of all safety‑related activities and incidents. Liaising with regulatory bodies such as OSHA and keeping abreast of new safety regulations and standards. Implementing emergency procedures and conducting drills as necessary. Promoting a positive safety culture within the organization. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Safety Manager in the construction industry. Located in the Chicagoland area. Experience in a safety role within a construction company.
