MSA Home Health, currently seeks an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as the Clinical Manager for our Home Health location in Columbia (Richland) SC.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced, motivated individual to join a rapidly growing agency!

• Approves requests for services, re-certifications, add-on orders and changes.
• Overseas the scheduling of all patient services.
• Receives and approves patient's re certifications and/or discharges.
• Audits physician's modified orders for accuracy, legibility and content prior to forwarding to physician's office for signature.
• Reviews and signs all lab reports. Notifies physician of any clinical facts as the relate to the patient's condition
• Conducts in-home supervisory visits.

Job Requirements:

• Current RN license in the state of SC from an accredited school of nursing required
• Must have proper knowledge of Home Health regulations and Reimbursement
• Must have Home Health experience
• Minimum of one year Clinical Manager Home Health experience required
• Minimum of two years nursing experience
• On Call rotation management experience preferred
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to function independently
• Valid Drivers License with company required liability insurance
• Must have the appropriate skills to organize, delegate and coordinate
