The Client Contact Specialist (CCS) serves as a primary contact resource for clients, facilitating inquires and/or concerns, and supporting appointment needs - playing a crucial role in fostering long-term relationships, driving loyalty, and creating lasting business success for the Advisors they support. The CCS is responsible for researching and organizing client engagement opportunities within an Advisor's database, contacting clients to schedule review appointments, and managing the Advisor's calendaring process. This work is critical for maintaining Client Experience metrics, helping improve Client Experience scores, and facilitating client feedback through survey engagement.
