As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a talented Transaction Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our success.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Transaction Coordinator to oversee and manage the administrative aspects of our real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. The Transaction Coordinator will work closely with our team to ensure smooth and efficient transaction processes from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage all aspects of real estate transactions, including paperwork, contracts, and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with buyers, sellers, agents, and other parties involved in the transaction process.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date transaction records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements throughout the transaction process.
• Coordinate inspections, appraisals, and other necessary services as required.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating property showings and open houses.
• Provide administrative support to the real estate team as needed.
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of transaction coordinator experience in real estate.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and CRM systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Real estate license preferred, but not required.
