A global financial services firm is seeking a Real Estate Data Analyst to support lease administration, drive data integrity, and ensure compliance with ASC 842. This is a great opportunity to bring analytical and operational rigor to a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Responsibilities:

• Abstract and interpret lease terms in consultation with legal and business stakeholders
• Maintain lease data systems and ensure ASC 842 compliance
• Track and manage key lease triggers: renewal/cancellation dates, rent changes, operating expenses, etc.
• Coordinate with landlords, vendors, and internal teams on lease-related obligations
• Conduct reconciliations across internal systems (ERP, lease management, finance subledgers)
• Lead process improvements to enhance data accuracy, workflows, and reporting capabilities
• Support monthly rent payables/receivables cycles

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in a data-driven or analytical role, ideally involving lease administration or real estate operations
• Strong Excel skills; experience with SQL and/or lease accounting systems is a plus
• Proven attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach
• Familiarity with ASC 842 or lease compliance frameworks is a bonus
