Key Responsibilities

  • Support project planning and scheduling activities

  • Coordinate shipping schedules for all projects and track deliveries

  • Assist in resolving customer concerns related to shipments and materials

  • Perform order entry and maintain accurate project documentation

  • Prepare and manage submittal packages, logs, procurement records, and delivery spreadsheets

  • Follow up with manufacturers on ship schedules, submittals, and project updates

  • Keep internal teams and external stakeholders informed of project scope, progress, and timelines

  • Assist with general administrative and project-related tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma (required); additional education or coursework in business, administration, or project management a plus

  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative, project coordination, or office support role (construction/electrical industry experience preferred but not required)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities with attention to detail

  • Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to shifting priorities

  • Strong customer service and follow-through skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and ability to learn new systems
