Job Description
This position has a starting pay of $20 - $22 per hour, with potential to increase rapidly to match job performance and aptitude. We believe in fair and competitive compensation.
Our company sells health supplements / nutraceutical products through various online platforms. This position involves the production of powdered supplement packs. You will learn to package product using semi-automated powder dispensing equipment, as well as by hand. You will be involved in every step of the production process, which includes packing the finished product in boxes, ready for Amazon fulfilment.
We are already well established in the health supplements space, but we are currently investing heavily in growth. We are looking for people who will work hard and keep a fast pace. We notice hard work (and smart work), and there will be plenty of opportunity for advancement and increase in salary as you prove yourself. If you are the type of person who prefers to work slowly while running out the clock, this job is NOT for you.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Language: Must be fluent English-speaking. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) is a bonus which = higher starting pay
- Education: Minimum high school graduate
- MUST BE ABLE TO LIFT AND CARRY 55 LBS WITHOUT DIFFICULTY (for loading bulk powder bags into equipment)
- Must pay close attention to detail
- Must be able to stand, walk, reach, and lift through entire shift
- Must be a quick learner and should possess basic computer skills
- Must be a hard worker
- Must be respectful to others and communicate well
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Production. Fill, seal, and finish packs of supplement powders
- Pack boxes with finished product, ready for direct-to-customer fulfillment or shipment to Amazon
- Regularly clean filling equipment, and all tools used in production. Maintain a clean work environment.
- Clean and organize as needed
