Process Engineer Specializing In Paper Coating

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Process Engineer specializing in Paper Coating to join our dynamic team in Waco, TX. Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and leadership in implementing best practices for process improvements.
• Lead and support projects focused on chemical trials, mechanical enhancements, and new technology investigations.
• Collaborate in troubleshooting and problem-solving for paper machines to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify and implement strategies to enhance existing processes, boosting productivity and quality while reducing costs.
• Serve as a change agent, fostering continuous improvement through root cause analysis and problem-solving techniques.
• Analyze downtime and coordinate testing to support process advancements and trials.
• Work closely with vendors and production teams to resolve quality issues and elevate quality standards.
• Review and analyze daily production and quality data to address production and operational challenges.
• Provide timely data analysis to enhance team performance and process efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, with a focus on paper coating.
• 2-5 years of relevant experience in the paper manufacturing industry.
• Proven ability to work independently, take initiative, and influence others effectively.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
