BJC HealthCare System is hiring a Part-Time Radiology Technologist (Weekends)for Christian Hospital (11133 Dunn Rd., St. Louis, MO)

 $2,500 Automatic Sign-On Bonus for eligible candidates!!!

  Position Details:

• Weekend 3 day shifts per week!!!
• Day & Evening Shift Hours: Friday (11am-7pm) & Saturday, & Sunday (7:30am to 3:30pm)
• Additional Pay: Differential for evening, night, weekend, and holiday shifts, increasing hourly wages
• Part-Time (24 hours per week) – benefits eligible
• Radiologic / Radiology Technologist

Requirements:

• Associate degree or higher in related field
• Certification as a Registered Technologist in Radiography - R.T.(R)

Experience:

• GI & Surgery / procedures experience (preferred)
• New grads, upcoming grad students, and experienced welcome to apply!!!

Northwest HealthCare , six miles west of Christian, offers 24- hour emergency care, the Sleep Disorders Center and a variety of outpatient diagnostic and imaging services.

The Radiology Department at NWHC, provides out-patient and emergency services. Radiology is equipped with DR & PAC's technology. Our patients range from infant to late adulthood. Digital mammography performs screening, diagnostic & diagnostic follow up services. Diagnostic Radiology offers same day service.

Role Purpose

The Radiology Technologist performs general imaging radiographic procedures to adult and/or pediatric patients for the purpose of diagnosis and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders

Responsibilities

• Prepares patient and equipment for procedures. Informs patient on instructions and what the procedure entails with a high level of customer service and professionalism.
• Performs radiographic imaging examinations independently, in on-call situations (if applicable), portable exams, and other tasks assigned by the department.
