Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Orthopedic Spine Surgeon to join our team at Quantum Pain and Orthopedic. As an Orthopedic Spine Surgeon, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating patients with spinal disorders and injuries. Responsibilities Perform surgical procedures to correct spinal disorders, deformities, and injuries Evaluate patients\' medical history, physical condition, and diagnostic test results to determine appropriate treatment plans Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients such as Interventional Pain Management Physicians, Orthopedic Extremity and Spine Surgeons Surgical assist guaranteed Support staff available including NP/PA\'s, MA\'s, and scribe team We are an outpatient clinic with ambulatory surgical centers nearby No call Schedules High volume of referrals per month Travels as necessary to other facilities in San Antonio and Austin locations Qualifications Residency training in orthopedic surgery Fellowship training in spine surgery Board certification in orthopedic surgery Valid Texas medical license to practice in the state Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work effectively in a team environment Working Schedule Monday - Friday Salary Starting at $900,000 + Productivity Bonus About Quantum Pain and Orthopedic Quantum Pain and Orthopedic is a premier outpatient clinical network serving the San Antonio and Austin, TX areas.
