About the Opportunity You will be joining a thriving practice at St. Michael Medical Center, collaborating with another experienced Orthopedic Spine Surgeon. Inpatient care and surgery will be performed in our state‑of‑the‑art facilities at St. Michael Medical Center. We are looking for an exceptional surgeon with excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to patient‑centered care, and a collaborative spirit to further enhance our orthopedic services. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive orthopedic spine care to patients, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment. Perform a mix of clinic and operating‑room duties. Participate in shared spine call responsibilities, approximately one week per month. Collaborate effectively with your surgical partner, advanced practice providers, and support staff. Contribute to a multidisciplinary approach to patient care, working alongside other specialists. Relocation Assistance and a Starting Bonus are available. Compensation Range: $277.92 - $446.13 per hour. Starting Salary Guarantee followed by wRVU model.
