Job Description
Need an assistant to the office manager. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable Duties
Following up on outstanding payments
Issuing payments
Collecting lien releases from vendors to receive payment
Coordinating with insurance agent to issue Certificates of Insurance, maintaining auto. liability and workers comp insurance
Entering Invoices
Maintaining job folders
Entering New Jobs into the System
Other duties as needed by Office Manager
