Pay: $18.00 per hour
Schedule: Train on 1st shift, then transition to off-shift
Overtime: Frequent OT available (5–7 days per week)
We are seeking motivated Machine Operators for a temp-to-hire opportunity with a large manufacturing facility in Newton, NC . This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy hands-on work, a fast-paced environment, and the chance to earn significant overtime.
Train on 1st shift before moving to an assigned off-shift
Operate and monitor production machinery
Maintain product quality and follow safety procedures
Support production goals and work as part of a team
Perform basic machine adjustments as needed
High School Diploma or GED (required)
Ability to stand, lift, and stay active throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
$18.00/hr starting pay
