*Job Summary*

IDEALAIR has been a leader in the HVAC service industry in the Greater Green Bay and Surrounding NE Wisconsin area for over 30 years. We are looking for qualified Service Technicians and Maintenance Technicians to Join our team but also ARE willing to train the right individual. We work on a wide range of equipment from residential houses and multi family buildings, light commercial, large scale commercial service accounts, and much more. *Responsibilities and Duties*

* As an HVAC technician you will work in a wide range of settings including residential, light commercial, agricultural, industrial, etc.
* Troubleshoot and perform maintenance on all different kinds of HVAC systems and types of equipment. Make an informed diagnosis and perform quality repairs.
* Willing to work from heights (ladders, scissor lifts, boom lifts)
* Dependable to show up daily and on time
* Follow instructions and be willing to learn in your weaker areas

*Qualifications and Skills*

* 2-5 years experience.
* Valid driver's license and good driving record
* Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
* Be familiar with a wide range of equipment.
* Advanced customer service skills.
* Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices.
* Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques.
* Universal EPA Certification
* Possess required hand tools (application specific tools and power tools supplied)

Pay: $20.00 - $38.00 per hour
