Job Title: Forklift Driver – Manufacturing

Location: Cedar Springs, MI

Pay : $18/hr

Shift: 2nd Shift (2pm-10pm Monday-Friday)

Job Summary:

The Forklift Driver is responsible for safely operating a forklift to move materials, load and unload products, and support production and warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a sit-down or stand-up forklift safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload materials from trucks, trailers, and production areas.
• Transport raw materials, finished goods, and components to designated locations.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and complete material movement documentation.
• Inspect forklifts daily and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow all safety rules, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Assist with general warehouse or production duties as needed.

Qualifications:

• Previous forklift operating experience required (manufacturing or warehouse environment preferred).
• Valid forklift certification or ability to become certified.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable attendance and teamwork skills.
