As a Financial analyst, you will be responsible for working directly with the Category Management team (including our Private Label Brands) to identify and analyze short and long term financial expectations and performance of their products. Specifically, as rebate program administrator, you will to maintain and track all corporate and local rebates for the Division.
Responsibilities:
Collections and tracking of rebate program payments. Working directly with vendors to centralize collections and payment methods
Agreement compliance audits – manage internal data to verify program payments are following actual performance
Enter breakouts of program dollars into ERP for tracking visibility to team. Timely and accurate distribution of program funds to individual Bunzl operations
Dynamic forecasting – maintain consistent tracking of programs and working with program managers to better forecast results of rebate programs
Communicate with different levels inside and outside the organization as it relates to rebate programs
Work with General Manager on process enhancements for reporting and tracking of rebate programs
