Craft and Technical Solutions is an established Marine and Industrial Staffing Company with offices nationwide. We partner with businesses and jobseekers to place qualified individuals efficiently. Currently, CTS is reviewing resumes for Evening Recruiter/Screener in Spanish Fort, AL.

Job Description:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential candidates for marine and industrial roles.
  • Communicate with applicants via phone, text, and email.
  • Screen candidate interest and availability for open jobs.
  • Update and maintain accurate candidate records in our system.
  • Support recruiters in building talent pipelines.

Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule—3 to 5 nights a week from 5PM to 10PM.
  • Great communication and customer service skills required.
  • Must be organized and be able to take notes quickly.
  • Willing to learn about skilled trades and staffing.
  • Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week

Work Location: In person
