Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Sales or marketing background preferred (but not required!)
• Responsibilities include setting appointments, prospecting, and educating homeowners about the benefits of solar energy
• Must be confident and comfortable discussing solar power with potential customers
• Comfortable with door-to-door canvassing in local neighborhoods
• Must be physically able to work in the field and manage basic site assessments
• Must own a vehicle

Compensation Package:

• Commission-based pay with uncapped earnings
• Flexible schedule

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, Weekends as needed (flexible hours)
