Dental Assistant - TRIAD KIDS DENTAL (BURLINGTON) Triad Kids Dentalis offering a full-time opportunity as a Dental Assistant at our Burlington office. We are an upbeat team looking for an individual who has a passion for helping others and wants to make a positive difference in their community.

Summary of Essential Job Functions - Work chair-side with dentists, perform patient care, and general laboratory duties
- Take and process dental radiographs (x-rays)
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Take impressions of the patient's teeth (models), extractions, composite fillings, etc...
- Teach patients appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health (e.g., tooth brushing, flossing, and nutritional counseling)
- Ask about the patient's medical history and take blood pressure and pulse
- Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental treatment
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following surgery or other dental treatment procedures
At a Glance - Certifications Required : CDA or RDA.
- Additional Certifications: X-ray certification, Sealant polishing & Nitrous Certification is a plus.
- Experience : No previous experience required but must have Dental Assistant certification
- Job Type: Full-time
Compensation and Schedule - Salary: Starting at $18.00 - $23.00 depending on certifications. Additional increases for experience
- Bonus Pay: up to $600 additional per month
- Schedule: On-site. Monday-Friday
