Title: Senior Data Analyst

- Duration: 12 months

- Remote

• Interview: 2 rounds - SQL test during 1st round

MUST HAVE:

• Familiarity with Clickstream data is critical - looking for someone with back background with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics - specifically backend of these tools and not the UI

• Must be heavy SQL users - advanced/expert level

• Must be able to understand problem/requirements statements, build out those data set.

• Python/R scripting experience

• Financial services experience would be a plus

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as an internal strategy consultant to Digital Services stakeholders understand the challenges they face, form proactive, data-driven approaches, and execute quantitative analyses to inform business decisions
• Collaborate with product, business, and engineering stakeholders to gather requirements, hypotheses, identify success metrics, and determine feasibility of analyses in current and future states.
• Create and maintain technical documentation (in Confluence) around analyses and dashboards.
• Develop subject matter expertise around key systems
• Engineer scalable datasets that can be leveraged across multiple reports, dashboards, and analytic models

What you have
• 8-10+ years of full-time work experience, including 7+ years in an analytical or data science role
- Superior advanced SQL and data engineering skills
• Superior analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, and attention to detail
• Must be able to translate business requirements into SQL "from scratch" without the assistance of a code generating tool and able to understand existing complex SQL
• Experience leveraging and reconciling data across multiple source systems.
• Experience with clickstream data and web analytics platforms (e.g: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) is required
• Proficient in Python or R programming and SQL skills
• Financial Services experience preferred but not required
• Strategy or Management Consulting experience a plus
• Undergraduate degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Economics, or other related field.

Pay Details: $55.00 to $63.00 per hour
