Position Overview
We’re hiring motivated Construction Laborers to join our crew. This position involves assisting skilled tradesmen with various phases of residential and light commercial projects. Ideal candidates are reliable, hardworking, and eager to learn — with opportunities to advance quickly for those who show initiative and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
Assist with framing, roofing, siding, decking, demolition, and general construction tasks.
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment.
Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites.
Measure, cut, and prepare materials under direction of the foreman or lead carpenter.
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Follow all company safety policies and wear appropriate PPE.
Support setup and teardown of scaffolding and temporary work structures.
Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors.
Qualifications
Prior construction or roofing experience preferred but not required — we’re willing to train the right person.
Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in all weather conditions.
Comfortable working at heights and with power tools.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and team mindset.
Valid driver’s license preferred.

Starting Pay: $25–$35 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
