Obtain material pricing, determining labor requirements
Corresponding with General Contractor, Clients & Vendors
Meeting schedules, preparing submittals, coordinating labor
Some traveling required to Job Sites (San Diego County)
Proficient computer, written verbal skills
Construction & Project Management Experience a must
