Key Responsibilities:

• Patient Interaction:
• Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to ensure a positive experience.
• Administrative Duties:
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed.
• Process insurance claims and handle billing inquiries.
• Manage patient check-in and check-out procedures.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
• Communication:
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
• Provide clear instructions and information to patients regarding their appointments and treatments.
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in healthcare administration is a plus.
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
