Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Community Marketing and Engagement Manager with the main will be to enhance Old National's involvement in community relations by understanding the market's growth strategy and developing, facilitating and implementing key initiatives, events and projects to drive revenue and grow market share. This individual will oversee the market's sponsorships, investments and events as well as evaluates and activates foundation grants and directs internal and external communications. Requires strong communications and close partnership with the market leadership, lines of business leaders, associates, corporate sponsors and community leaders. Fosters relations with various community non-profit organizations and diverse populations to advance Old National's position in the market.

Key Accountabilities

Decision Making, Critical Thinking and Effective Communications

  • Understanding of the issues related to the decision-making process
  • Ability to analyze situations fully and accurately and reach productive decisions
  • Ability to effectively understand and communicate ideas, information and needs to key constituents

Community Management Leadership

  • Knowledge of the market from the competition, partnership and customer base and ability to apply this knowledge appropriately to provide recommendations for market investments
  • Ability to develop and execute strategies for building brand loyalty by promoting the flow of information, strengthening relationships and encouraging productive collaboration among the market leadership teams
  • Ability to lead cross funcation teams and determine needed internal and external resources

Project Management

  • Ability to plan, organize, monitor and control projects ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Industry work experience is typical 6-8+ years
  • Preferred experience with marketing program / campaign management / communications and writing
