Your Role as the Commercial Roofing Superintendent: You’ll lead the charge on high-quality projects from the ground up-managing crews, staying ahead of deadlines, and making sure every square foot of roofing shines. Your leadership ensures projects hatch on time and on budget!
What You’ll Be Doing: Coordinating crews for commercial tear-offs, installs, and repairs
Overseeing job site safety and daily operations
Collaborating with PMs, estimators, and subcontractors
Acting as the go-to contact for clients-ensuring happiness from start to finish
Keeping every detail aligned with code, specs, and top-tier quality
What You Bring to the Bunny Trail: Proven experience as a
Commercial Roofing Superintendent on large-scale job sites
Expertise in TPO, EPDM, BUR, Mod Bit, and metal systems
Confidence in reading blueprints, scopes, and construction docs
Great communication, team leadership, and problem-solving chops
Comfortable with digital tools like Microsoft Office and PM software
