CMM Programmer/Operator

This position is for a CMM Programmer/Operator working either a 1st or 2nd shift. The role involves creating CMM programs for a wide range of Plastic Parts, Steel Stampings, Molds, Dies, and 5-axis machined parts. The candidate will also perform gauge layouts using Rayco equipment and generate reports for customers.

Responsibilities:

• Create CMM programs for Plastic Parts, Steel Stampings, Molds, Dies, and 5-axis machined parts.
• Independently run CMM programs and perform gauge layouts using Rayco equipment.
• Generate reports to be sent with fixtures to customers.
• Potentially travel to customers across the state of Michigan or out of state to provide support.

Essential Skills:

• Minimum of 4 years experience in PCdmis, Metrologic, and/or similar software.
• Proficiency in Excel for data management.
• Ability to read and understand GD&T and various dimensional prints.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.
• Willingness to commute throughout the state of Michigan.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience with T-Scanner .500 Mili.
• Roman Arm Experience.

Work Environment:

The facility is located off of 10 Mile in Cedar Springs, consisting of 17 employees. It offers a clean and bright working space. 1st shift hours are 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with Saturday work as needed. 2nd shift hours are 3:30 PM to 1:30 AM, Monday to Friday, with an 8% shift premium.

Job Type & Location:

This is a Permanent position based out of Cedar Springs, MI.

Pay and Benefits:

The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $72800.00/yr. This company offers full benefits - 401k - Medical - Dental - Vision.

Workplace Type:

This is a fully onsite position in Cedar Springs, MI.
