Job Details In this role you will prepare CMM programs per customer specifications and evaluate product quality throughout manufacturing before shipping. Daily responsibilities Inspect and approve pieces in casting and machining, including complete layout for each machining center set‑up. Inspect casting defects, workmanship, cleanliness, and packaging of products before shipment. Create certificates of conformance, material certificates, RoHS certificates, and other test reports required for production orders. Perform internal ISO audits and resolve any problems found. Program, run, and maintain CMM. Qualifications Bachelor’s in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field. 4+ years experience in CMM programming. Experience with Roamer and Zeiss equipment. Ability to operate CMM and read CMM reports. Experience with PC‑DMIS software. Outstanding analytical and mechanical skills; strong attention to detail. Familiarity with Six Sigma.
