FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY Chris Ligori & Associates is a dynamic and innovative law firm dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Call Center Manager to join our team.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Oversee day-to-day operations of the call center, ensuring efficiency and high-performance standards.
Manage 3 to 4 call center employees.
Monitor and analyze call center performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
Train and mentor staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
Answer phones and take down client information of current and potential clients.

Requirements:

Must speak fluent Spanish
Proven experience as a Call Center Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent at articulating ideas clearly and concisely
Must enjoy tackling complex challenges and finding solutions
Consistently goes above and beyond on job duties
Consistently achieve and exceed performance goals
Good work ethic
