Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Business Analyst:


 





  • Lead efforts to gather requirements, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.






  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.






  • Utilize database knowledge to support data analysis and reporting initiatives, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.






  • Develop comprehensive test cases and execute end-to-end testing to validate system functionality.






  • Participate in agile sessions to assess, capture, and translate complex business requirements into shared data architecture.





    Required Skills for Business Analyst:


     





    • BS or equivalent experience in crucial duties and responsibilities.






    • 5+ years of work experience in an analysis role in the healthcare industry, preferably with health plans.






    • Proven experience in gathering, organizing, and documenting technical and non-technical functional requirements interacting with cross-functional teams.






    • Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives.






    • Strong written and oral communication skills, including presenting ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
