Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Business Analyst:
Lead efforts to gather requirements, collaborating closely with business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements.
Utilize database knowledge to support data analysis and reporting initiatives, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Develop comprehensive test cases and execute end-to-end testing to validate system functionality.
Participate in agile sessions to assess, capture, and translate complex business requirements into shared data architecture.
Required Skills for Business Analyst:
BS or equivalent experience in crucial duties and responsibilities.
5+ years of work experience in an analysis role in the healthcare industry, preferably with health plans.
Proven experience in gathering, organizing, and documenting technical and non-technical functional requirements interacting with cross-functional teams.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping goals and objectives.
Strong written and oral communication skills, including presenting ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively.
