Witham Auto Center is currently looking to hire an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to join our team! We are
looking for a high character, energetic individual who is willing to put in the time to help us continue our
exponential growth. 2+ years of HIGH PERFORMING Automotive Sales experience is REQUIRED. Previous
Automotive Sales Manager experience is a PLUS. PREVIOUS AUTOMOTIVE FINANCE MANAGER
EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED! THIS INDIVIDUAL WILL BE TASKED WITH BACK-UP FINANCE MANAGER

Responsibilities:
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive dealership revenue and growth.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.
• Ensure a customer-centric approach, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns in collaboration with other
departments.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting professional development.
PREVIOUS AUTOMOTIVE SALES EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED! PREVIOUS AUTOMOTIVE F AND I

Requirements
• 2+ Years Automotive Sales Experience is REQUIRED
• Previous Finance Manager Experience is REQUIRED
• Previous Automotive Sales Manager Experience is a PLUS

• Strong sales and closing skills required
