Assists with supervising food and beverage/culinary daily operations. Responsibilities include ensuring guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. Ensures standards and legal obligations are followed.
Candidates should have either a high school diploma or GED with three years of experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area. Alternatively, a two-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with one year of experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area is required.
Core work activities include assisting in managing day-to-day operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and additional responsibilities such as providing information to supervisors and co-workers, analyzing information, and performing hourly job functions if necessary.
