Position Summary

As an Anaplan Solution Architect , you will lead the end-to-end design and implementation of Anaplan solutions for financial, supply chain, and operational planning use cases. You will act as the functional and technical lead across project phases—from requirement gathering and solution blueprinting to model deployment and user training.

Strategic Responsibilities

1. Lead solutioning for Anaplan projects, aligning model design with client business processes.
2. Architect scalable and efficient Anaplan models.
3. Translate complex business requirements into Anaplan blueprint and user stories
4. Work closely with client stakeholders, business analysts, and developers to drive delivery.
5. Perform solution reviews and provide technical governance across multiple projects.
6. Support presales efforts including PoCs, effort estimation, and solution walkthroughs.
7. Mentor and guide Anaplan model builders within the team.
8. Keep abreast of Anaplan’s latest capabilities, modelling techniques, and industry use cases

Required Experience:

1. 5- 12 years of experience in Anaplan.
2. Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Anaplan with Solution Architect-level exposure.
3. Certified Anaplan Solution Architect (mandatory) with an experience of minimum 1 year as SA, Master Ana planner is a strong advantage.
4. Deep understanding of Anaplan’s Best Services, workflows, ADO & Polaris Experience.
5. Experience with FP&A, supply chain planning, workforce planning, or sales performance management.
6. Strong business acumen with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
7. Exposure to integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica) and Anaplan Connect/REST APIs.
8. Bachelor’s/master’s degree in finance, Engineering, or related disciplines

Soft Skills:

1. Exposure to Anaplan or hands-on experience with experience on Private Equity or finance.
2. Prior experience working in Anaplan, including requirement gathering and documentation.
3. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
4. Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
